You will receive a phone call or email confirming your order. It may also be necessary for us to contact you for additional details on any special orders. Please ensure that you receive a confirmation from us verifying your order.
If you place your order during nonbusiness hours, someone will return your call or email the next business day.
The following information is needed when placing your order
- name
- phone number (a number you can be reached at if there are questions or
concerns regarding your order)
- day you wish to pickup your order
- time you will be picking up your order (a 2 hour window is required)
- item and quanity that you are ordering
If a time is not specified for picking up your order, a time will be given to your order based on the time and order in which it was received.
We understand that unexpected things come up, BUT, if you are unable to pickup your order on the day or at the time specified, PLEASE give us a courtesy call to make other arrangements.
Orders NOT picked up by close of business will not be held for pick up on the following day. Unless prior arrangements have been made.

You may place orders via email or by phone 24 hours a day. Please ensure you receive a confirmation verifying your order either by phone or email. Please check our website, www.holidaybakingcompany.com, or phone in and listen to our message to ensure our business hours for the day in which you would like your order.
Holiday Baking Company's Ordering Procedures and Information
Allergen Information: We are a 100% gluten free facility. However, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, corn, and potato products are present in our facility. We follow very strict guidelines in our baking practices, such as, separate baking areas, equipment, handling, and packaging.
Semi sweet chocolate chips and mayonnaise contain soy lecithin and are used in some of our products. Products that contain soy lecithin are noted on our packaging.
Wheat, barley, rye, or any gluten containing products are NOT in our facility. Nor are they permitted to be brought in by our employees.
If you are allergic to specific foods or products, please consult your physician before enjoying our products. You are responsible for your purchasing decisions.
